A key component of any consulting methodology is discovery - listening intently to the customer to understand their goals, challenges, and constraints. User interviews are a key method for surfacing such insights, and becoming an effective practitioner requires a strategic approach and practice.

In this Skills Challenge, you’ll sit in the role of an analyst conducting a stakeholder interview focused on discovering customer needs.
